Consultations:
For patients seeking access to customized bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, Town and Country Compounding provides in depth confidential BHRT consultations at our compounding pharmacy lab in Ridgewood, New Jersey. These hormone consultations may be for either women and men.
John Herr, RPH, FIACP is the pharmacist in charge and owner of Town and Country Compounding. Your one on one confidential consultations typically lasts one hour. John will discuss and evaluate your medical history, your current symptoms, the medications and nutritional supplements that you are currently taking, all lab test results, as well as your lifestyle. If you are taking nutritional supplements, we ask that you bring in those products in their original packages. Nutritional supplements do vary based on the manufacturer, so we want to evaluate the specific brand and manufacturer you are taking.
At the end of your consultation, John Herr, RPH, FIACP will make recommendations for the bioidentical hormone therapy that best fits your specific, individual needs. After the consultation, John will, based on your authorization, contact your physician, and discuss your history, symptoms, medications and nutritional supplements, lifestyle, lab results, and the recommendations for specific therapy. After your physician finalizes your specific therapy, we will request a prescription for your medications. Once prescribed, we will formulate your medication and instruct you on how to use or administer your medication.
We will provide a Universal Claim Form and ZRT Test Reimbursement Form for your medical insurance provider.

John Herr, RPh, FIACP, Owner of Town & Country Compounding and Consultations LLC.
He received his BS Pharmacy degree from St. John’s University, New York and received a full fellowship from the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists. John has received extensive ACPE-accredited training in pharmacy compounding, is certified in aseptic/sterile compounding techniques and provides private consultations and speaks at seminars regarding hormone replacement therapy. He is the recipient of several recognition awards for his outstanding service in his practice of the art and science of pharmacy compounding.
