John is available and is in regular contact with physicians, dentists, and vets, as well as their nursing and general staffs, in all specialties. He consults with them to share his knowledge and expertise, to get the best results for our shared patients.
John provides formal patient consultations, and is available for patient questions about their medications. Town & Country Compounding often sponsors health seminars at our location where John is the principle speaker. He also speaks at various association conferences to support the profession of pharmacy compounding.

As a compounding pharmacist, Ben formulates and prepares patient prescriptions based on a physicians’ prescription, according to USP 795 and USP 797 (aseptic) standards. He supports our physicians, dentists, and vets, as well as their staffs with help in addressing unique patient needs. He supports our patients with knowledge and information about their prescription medication and assists with instruction on how to properly take or apply their medication.

Shreena joined Town & Country Compounding in 2003 while still in pharmacy school, and after graduation she was added as a staff pharmacist. Shreena formulates and oversees the preparation of compounded medications. She works especially close with hospice nurses and physicians to provide special customized care to these special needs patients. She supports our physicians, dentists, and vets, as well as their staffs with help in addressing unique patient needs. She supports our patients with knowledge and information about their prescription medication and assists with instruction on how to properly take or apply their medication.
Quality Control Officer

Charline is our Quality Control Officer. She enforces our existing quality control practices and procedures, and is part of a management team that evaluates new programs to insure that we are using the latest progressive practices and procedures. We follow and exceed the standards of USP 795 for standard medications and USP 797 for sterile medications. USP is the US Pharmacopeia, which is the industry standard for pharmacy compounding.
In addition to her work as Quality Control Officer, Charline supervises the Certified Pharmacy Technicians in the lab and insures that they are properly trained on our policies and procedures, as well as the compounding equipment and devices that are used in our lab. Each prescription medication that we formulate has a three step verification process, which is inspected by a pharmacist, to ensure the highest quality medication for our valued patients.

Our pharmacy technicians are registered with the state of New Jersey as Certified Pharmacy Technicians. They are supervised by our Quality Control Officer, and their work has a final inspection by a Pharmacist. They follow strict policies and procedures, which include certified formulas, exceeding the standards of USP 795 for standard medications and USP 797 for sterile medications. While our entire staff is engaged in making the patient’s experience pleasurable while in the Compounding Pharmacy and Lab.
Laura and Nick are our first line patient hospitality and support. Whether it is picking up their patient specific prescription, buying vitamin and nutritional products, or acting as a liaison to our clinical compounding pharmacists, they attempt to make our patient’s feel at home. In addition to Patient Support, Nick and Laura have many other administrative functions, to help our organization run smoothly.

- Registered Nurse with the state of New Jersey
- Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the state of New Jersey
Laura has over 25 years experience in retail pharmacy. She was co-owner of an independent pharmacy, worked for Town & Country Apothecary, and now with Town & Country Compounding Pharmacy.
Laura has regular contact with physicians, dentists, vets, as well as the staffs. She is and has been fully devoted to the healthcare profession. She continues to expand her knowledge in the profession she loves.

Tom is available for detailing of compounded medications in all areas of medical practice; dental practice; or veterinary practice. He is available to physicians, dentists, and vets, as well as their nursing and general staffs. Tom can be available for an office meeting, as well as a lunch or breakfast meetings.
