T&C Neuromax specializes in the comprehensive management of Medtronic intrathecal drug pumps in the comfort of the patient’s home. Our highly trained staff is here to assist both managing physicians and patients 24 hours a day.
Staff:
Pharmacy: All sterile medications are prepared to the USP<797> standard for Sterile Products in a Class-100 Glove Box. This glove box is located in our Class 1000 Isolated Clean Room with an advanced laminar flow hood. Only pharmacists who have received specialized training to the USP<797> sterile standard will compound sterile medications.
Medical Director: T&C Neuromax has a board certified Pain physician with over 10 years of pump implantation and intrathecal medication management experience. Our medical director is available 24/7 to assist both the patient and managing physician with questions pertaining to pain management, spasticity management, intrathecal compounded mixtures concentration and dosing and complication management.
Clinical Staff: T&C Neuromax’s clinical staff is comprised of Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with years of experience in managing intrathecal pumps. Every clinical team member trains under T&C Neuromax’s medical director to become the best in the industry when caring for you and your pump.

Intrathecal therapy has changed for the better over the years and we are proud to say that we have extensive training in special programming techniques that are specific to the Medtronic Synchromed II pump.
Services:
- Intrathecal Drug Refills : Done in the comfort of your home by a T&C Neuromax trained professional.
- Intrathecal infusion daily dose changes: T&C Neuromax is available when you need to have your drug dose changed.
- 24/7 Emergency support: If an emergency arises, our staff is available 24/7 to assist you and your managing physician and resolve the issue.
- Post-MRI pump interrogation: After a MRI procedure T&C Neuromax will meet you to verify that your pump returns to your normal settings.
- Bridge-bolus procedure : This program is used to change the type of drug and/or concentration if your doctor feels a change in your medication would be beneficial.
- Flex-Infusion procedure : This program is designed to increase/decrease the amount of medication you get at certain times of the day to maximize your relief from pain/spasticity)
- myPTM procedure : The myPTM allows patients to participate in their pain management by allowing the patient to increase drug dosage in response to pain (with doctor-set parameters)
